Background and aims

GNOS Spine is an international collaboration of clinicians caring for patients with traumatic spinal injury (TSI) across the world to understand variations in the global case-mix, processes of care and management of TSI.

GNOS-Spine is a multi-centre, international, prospective, observational cohort study in which any unit caring for patients with acute TSI worldwide will be eligible to participate.

Collaboration with Orion

With funding from the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) and collaboration with the Global Health Research Group on Neurotrauma, the Orion platform has been developed to provide a secure online study database for participating teams across the globe.
