We also have an up-to-date Data Security and Protection Toolkit submission. Our organisation code is T1A8X.

Your data is very important to us, so in addition to the Data Protection Act 1998, information within Orion is handled in accordance with:

  • The NHS Information Security Code of Practice
  • The NHS Confidentiality Code of Practice

  • The Caldicott Principles

Creating an Orion account where your institution has a subscription
To obtain an Orion account, follow the simple steps below to self registration:
1. Open any browser and navigate to https://orion.net/register
2. Enter your details as prompted and choose the application module you require access to
3. You will be sent authentication instructions via email to complete your registration
4. You now have an unauthorised account requiring activation by a local lead user, whom Orion will contact to confirm your identity and approve access.
Purchase of subscription to an existing Orion application module
